The Trotta Soft Wash
The winter weather and summer sun can really put your home through a lot and cleaning the exterior surfaces aren’t always easy.
At Trotta’s, we offer our Soft Wash service that is perfect for more fragile surfaces such as vinyl siding, aluminum or painted siding, brick, masonry, stone, stucco/E.I.F.S., and fiber/cement board. We also have the ability to use a pressure washing for the removal some stubborn stains on surfaces like brick, block, stone and masonry. Both methods properly wash away grime and buildup leaving your home positively shining. We don’t just pressure wash the mold, algae, and mildew away but we use a 5 soap proprietary blend to kill the lichen at its roots keeping it off your siding longer.

What is “The Trotta Soft Wash”?
With Trotta’s Soft Wash we power wash all vinyl/aluminum/wood siding to remove all mold, mildew, dirt and debris. This washing is done by a patented washing system which uses a high volume of a specially designed Trotta’s siding cleaning mixture, coupled with low pressure!
The Soft Wash service guarantees that your siding comes out the absolute cleanest without the potential damage of traditional high pressure washing that most of our competitors are using. It’s safe for all window seals and will not blow siding off of your house. (please note that your home may need window washing after we are finished for a spot free, crystal clear look.)
The final step in “The Trotta Wash” is the whitening and/or brightening of all gutters. This ends our process and adds a beautiful finishing touch to our “Trotta Wash” service.
